The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

A spacious and comfortable two-storey annexe, within a 5 minute walk of Chichester City Centre. Downstairs: private entrance hall, cloakroom with W.C and basin, large kitchen-diner, lounge. Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Parking onsite.

It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Beautiful outhouse in Bosham village. 5 minute walk to Bosham Harbour and a 10 minute drive into Chichester and 15 minute drive to Goodwood. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with an exclusive eating area on the rear patio which has a table and sun loungers. Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. End of Terrace two bed house that situated right by Chichester canal. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Chichester centre where you can visit shops, restaurants and Chichester Cathedral. Chichester canal is a stone throw away and Goodwood and West Wittering beach is only 15 minutes drive . The house is modern yet traditionally decorated through out. Cosy, comfy and fully equipped with little bit of extra luxury features such as under floor heating, wood burner and water softener.

The cabin is located in the garden of our house, which is just a short walk to Chichester’s centre, with great shops, pubs and restaurants. The museum, galleries, cinemas and the famous Chichester Festival Theatre are all within walking distance. Further afield, Goodwood race course and motor circuit are just 10 minutes drive away, with the south downs and lovely walks close by. Sussex's beaches are also just a few miles down the road.
