The self contained studio property has the option of either two single beds or a super-king double. A kitchen and en-suite shower bathroom are located at one end. Views are to the west over the gardens and the surrounding farmland. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden & farmland. Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Tranquil self-contained studio. South Downs view.

Lovely private open plan studio in glorious surroundings beneath the South Downs. It is light, airy and very peaceful with stunning views and a private outside seating area. A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. There is a celebrated pub, The Three Horseshoes, within walking distance serving great food and local beers. Goodwood (motor and horse racing) is 20 minutes and Midhurst (Cowdray castle) is 6.5 miles. Chichester is 12 miles.

Cute and cosy cottage in the heart of Arundel.

Recently refurbished, The Old Pottery is a cosy and comfortable annexe in our garden. Just a 5 min walk from the town's main square and within the Southdowns National Park, this cute conversion is the perfect couples retreat. Please note that the property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs (10 steps) and that we no longer accept dogs. We also advise this is not suitable for small children just because Neil (our bull terrier) frequents the garden and is quite bouncy.

This comfortable fully equipped self contained holiday bungalow has off road parking right outside. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
