One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI (up to 25Mbit) and Smart TV with Netflix. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
