Hip Guest Cottage on Lake Property with Farm and Yoga Barn

Escape to the country at Stoneledge Farm, a restored organic farm on Lake Champlain. The separate guest cottage features an open-plan layout living area, exposed architectural wood beams, pops of color, chic furnishings and decor, and lake views. Private yoga barn overlooks the lake and is a short walk from the cottage and is available for guests. We welcome our guests with hotel quality towels, bed linens and bathroom toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with fresh eggs from our chickens, local milk and VT Coffee! All of the outbuildings on the farm (see above). Lake access for fishing and swimming encouraged. Hiking abound We are running our farm so we are always around, but we will wait for you to knock on our door! The property is located in the country, home to dirt roads, lush fields, and beautiful views, but is conveniently located just 15-20 minutes from several quaint small towns. Use our bikes! But a car would be nice... We have an additional $25 cleaning fee per day for guests who choose to bring a dog. We collect this at the completion of your visit to cover the extra care we take following a visit from a 4 legged friend. We hope you understand!

Enjoy everything Burlington has to offer in this brand-new, cozy, stylish cottage. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Lakes End on Lake Iroquois in Hinesburg VT. Gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. Located 50 feet from shore with steps leading to water. Cute kitchen with fridge, oven, refrigerator. Counter space for meals. Large living room. Master bedroom with queen bed, bunks beds. Deck & Grill 40 ft of lake frontage, private dock. Paddle kayaks, hike trails from property. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

Excellent location. Walk to downtown just a few blocks to Church Street Marketplace or a couple blocks to campus. Our home is a two story classic downtown Burlington home. The three bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room and spacious living room encompass the main floor. Please read all below: We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and sups. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!

Spacious Lakefront Retreat w/Stunning Views

This lakefront home on Lake Iroquois is close to Burlington, 4 Ski Areas, Lake Champlain, and the airport. You’ll love our home because it is spacious, full of light, and has amazing views. It's an executive home with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, comfy beds, and has a fully equipped kitchen. It sits at the end of a quiet dead end street on this spring fed mountain lake. Our home is great for couples, large families (with Kids), solo adventurers, and big groups.
