A beautiful guesthouse set on 10 acres of parklands. An electric gate greets guests leading up a tree lined drive to your own parking area with private entrance into the guesthouse. Private unit next to the owners house. Well separated by trees. Own drive & entrance. 2 Bedrooms, but the smaller one is tight for 2 adults. Microwave, fridge, toaster and Kettle, no Cooker. Bathroom and living area. Fully insulated and double glazed with a heat pump/air con. Lovely quiet area with beautiful views of the hills and a 900m walk from Sandy Bay Beach. 25mins drive from Christchurch Centre. Please note there are no shops in Governors Bay but there is a cafe and a pub.

Own entrance from sunny patio, roomy, generous en suite, close to airport, it is set in grounds with a beautiful bush and water outlook. Within the city's northern boundary, we have local access to the Southern A1, good shopping, reserves and many other attractions and amenities. On bus route, 20 minutes to Central Christchurch. Continental breakfast included.
