Your own private entrance with your own kitchen with a starter pack all ready for your stay including continental breakfast for one morning There is Wi-fi within the barn. We are 20 minutes to Mersea island, 5 minutes to Colchester zoo and 10 minutes from the magnificent Layer Marney Tower.

Modern and very spacious detached house with lots of free parking, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms + WC. 8 guests in the main house. 2 guests in the annex The bedrooms are all generous sizes with comfortable beds.
