Cabin at the No 1 The Chestnuts.

A small place to stay when travelling for work or visiting the area. Approximately 300 yards from Bentley Wood nature reserve. It’s a cosy cabin with very basic appliances/cups/bowls/dishes etc in the centre of a tiny village. There is a microwave, a 2 place countertop hob. A little fridge freezer. A bathroom with sink and shower. Towels provided I have had a couple poor reviews as there is nothing to do in the area, so ideal for a quiet stay!!! There is of course WiFi, tv, and board games.

The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Modern purpose built self contained chalet, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

Rockets's Retreat

Rockets Retreat. Rocket was my first pony and best friend for 34 years. He used to roam around here enjoying his retirement. Most of the horses and ponies are in retirement here. I had a couple of spinal ops that didn't go to plan. I was unable to run my company so thought I would renovate my mobile home. If you stay I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the journey. An interestingly designed mobile home. Your own space with no neighbours ! Just added is a Wendy House.
