Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. This is perfect for a couple. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood which has great restaurants, 5 wine tasting rooms antique shops and boutiques We do live here and take great care of our home. No smoking property.

John Riordan House 125 years old vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. The John Riordan House has obtained the MOST TOTAL REVIEWS and MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS THAN ANY OTHER LISTING IN JEROME. Our place is a cozy attached studio apartment with a private entrance. There is a queen size bed, kitchenette, and full size bathroom and nice vaulted ceilings throughout. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.
