This newly converted stunning little annexe has been designed with heart and soul, initially used to accommodate doctors from the hospital during the lockdown. We have now decided to update it and welcome lovely visitors travelling to Hereford. A beautiful newly appointed oak framed studio apartment in the heart of Herefordshire. Within easy reach of Hereford city centre and close to many other popular places ie Hay-on-Wye, the Black Mountains, the Golden Valley, the Showgrounds of the Three Counties and the Royal Welsh to name but a few! This open plan bed/sitting/kitchen space gives the feeling of calm and relaxation. A separate shower/toilet room also. This is situated on a working farm.

A lovely light airy garage conversion completed in summer 2017. Ensuite shower room. Free parking, easy walking into city centre. River Wye walks very close and public swimming pool and gym across the road. Electrical car charger half a minute away. Kettle and toaster and an under counter larder fridge in place. Use of the garden in fine weather. Host lives on site.
