The four main bedrooms all lead on to a beautiful large balcony overlooking the heart of Camps Bay's sea's and mountains. Overall the house is very spacious and comfortable. Travelers book the entire house during there stay, exclusively for them only. Yes you can interact with me anytime during your stay, ill try my best to service your request within the day . if you need assistance with an itinerary i will be more then wiling to assist . The house is very close to the beach and restaurants, very popular to have sun downers and then go off the beach to the popular restaurants. It is 7 minutes from the Cable Car and 10 minutes from Lions Head or Single Hill. My Citi bus routes are right outside the house and UBER is available in South Africa and Cape Town/Camps Bay. best option for visitors would be to hire a car x Please at anytime you would like to know something feel free to contact me. We have Chef options available at your request , meals range between R(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) per head , depending on your choice of menu. The house is BABY friendly : note we have a cot, feeding chair , stroller , Safety gates at top of stairs , and option to have pool fence erected within 15 minutes , insuring you feel safe at all times.

Camps Bay chic home with great views near beach

Wander through this stunning, bright townhouse and absorb design inspiration from its eclectic touches. Prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, take a swim in the pool, and light the fire pit while enjoying the sunset with family and friends. 11 The Retreat is only a 3 minute leisurely walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and restaurants. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Rejuvenate the senses in an aesthetically soothing space with a monochrome theme, a blend of contemporary and classic finishes, original art throughout, and mountain views. The sublime architecture of the house makes this space unique and extremely pleasant to live. The area is super safe and full of awesome restaurants and bars. The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Offering views of Table Mountain in the neighbourhood of Newlands, the home is steps away from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and the lush hiking trails of Newlands Forest. Shopping at the Cavendish Square mall is a short drive away. Access to 1 big closed garage for 2 cars If you decide to hire a car, as it is easy to travel to all the various places of interest. Alternatively Uber functions exceptionally well in Cape Town.
