Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. We live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Very near beach, Parking & private suite and outdoor space Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

Unbelievable views of water, city and mountains! It is a great waterfront retreat, in a gorgeous location, walking distance to Granville Island, Olympic Village and Broadway. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space is included. (Max Height 6’8’’ but nearby parking if your vehicle is higher than standard) I live upstairs with my family, available to help you with any questions or local tips.
