Self contained modern building with private entrance and free parking. Open plan with access to your own gated private garden, alongside our main garden with beautiful views of the South Downs. We will greet all guests personally (if we can) but also have a key lock facility. Inside you will find clean living area with kitchenette, TV and seperate bathroom with large walk in shower. 10 minute walk to Brighton and Sussex Universities and amazing walks and bus stop within 2 minutes from house.

The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi.  Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror.

This is a compact private area within the ground floor of our house with its own front door and parking outside. It is located in north Brighton in a quiet residential area so please be mindful of our neighbours. Sleeping arrangements are one double bed in the bedroom and one double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area. The apartment has direct access to our sunny garden with your own patio. NB -there is a railway line deep cutting close by and you will hear trains passing during the day.

Light and airy, luxury, very quiet, ideal location - 2 Miles from Brighton Town Centre, free off street parking. 10 Minute walk to Preston Park and the Station, frequent busses into town from bottom of road. New Bounce Back Pillows and SleepSoul King Size Mattress! (Which Best Buy). Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker. Breakfast is not included. If its a peaceful nights sleep and a breath of fresh air, this is the place for you.

Spacious en-suite summer house looking onto beautiful wild garden. Pine wood finish, chic decor, fully heated, wifi. Everything you need to get away. Extra comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, hot shower, sink and toilet. Access to shared kitchen with utilities in main building if required. I can do your laundry for you. There is kettle, toaster and a small cooking facility in the cabin. The cabin is not suitable for wheelchair access.
