Good for couples, families & business travel. There is a small courtyard garden & also a park 1 min walk away. Well behaved dogs are welcome.. The accommodation is fully self catering, kitchen is fully equipped. Inc washing machine, tumble dryer, micro wave & Nespresso coffee machine. Oils, condiments, tea etc. Need only bring fresh produce.

A small self contained Annexe in a quiet area located at the end of a short unmade road. The Annexe is attached to the main house (our home) and is within our grounds - it has a completely separate entrance but does not have a private garden. Situated within a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch and the New Forest, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding areas. Ferndown is a small town with some beautiful forest and heathland walks nearby.
