Pool, Hot tub, Fire pit, Gas Grill, Mountain bikes or Beach cruisers. Charming 500 sq. ft. Studio Cottage with all new flooring, full size murphy bed, full bath, full kitchen and 2 covered patios. Cottage had a complete renovation, but we have left some of the original character of the home. Great location for hiking and biking.

We have an extremely comfortable and quiet casita in beautiful NW Peoria🌵. Plush king size bed, sofa-bed, dining table, kitchenette, shower and bathtub. The views from the property are stunning. Close to spring training⚾️, Lake Pleasant, Mountain biking⛰️, and a short walk to a great little hiking trail🥾. We are also less than 5 minutes to everything you need. Local Food & Fun We can get to anywhere from our location. Our street is extremely quiet and safe as we know all our neighborhors.

Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.
