Small apartment, close to everything.

Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

No surprises with pricing! I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. I will charge The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 64 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

Please keep in mind, this is a second story suite. There is 1 flight of stairs. Paws & Relax Guest Suite is located a block and a half up from beautiful historic downtown LeClaire, next to the scenic Mississippi River. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery & brewery- all within walking distance! There is an outdoor patio with seating & table along with a porch for rainy days. Close enough to walk downtown, but just far enough to enjoy some peaceful rest. The perfect home away from home!

Large, private, lower-level apartment in our house

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. It is a very cozy apartment with kitchen, large private bathroom, large family/dining area with couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
