It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, Palacio de Gobierno y Municipal, two blocks from the center. The famous Chalapeño writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, with no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a private entrance.
