Breathe the fresh mountain air from this ground-floor space. The residence features an open-plan living area, neutral tones accented with touches of orange throughout, a walkout to a covered patio, and access to a shared backyard. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Southern Rocky Mountains from the patio, or while soaking in the hot tub. You may also enjoy excellent star-gazing at night, with very limited light pollution. Welcome to our brand-new home! Our basement features lots of light, brand-new furniture and appliances, and an open floor-plan. The space just feels good and you will enjoy spending time here. We avoid using toxic chemicals so the space is clean and inviting without compromising your health. We balance being family-friendly and 420-friendly by providing an excellent air-filter system so the space stays fresh for all who visit. We welcome tobacco smokers to smoke outdoors on the back patio or the front porch, but please no tobacco indoors. Our wi-fi signal is reliable and strong. We provide lots of great kitchen tools so you can cook simple meals. Directly behind the house is a 165-acre nature preserve with a walking trail. Another bonus: minimal light-pollution in our neighborhood means night-skies full of stars. We are a brand-new listing so we are offering bargain prices to get ourselves started. We look forward to hosting you! You are welcome to enjoy the patio outside your door or to hang out on the front porch! Weather-permitting you are also welcome to enjoy the yard. We do not have laundry facilities in the basement, but if you need to do laundry, contact us to access the laundry room upstairs. We are upstairs if you need us, and we respect your privacy when you don't. Your guest-suite basement is fully self-contained, with all the basics available. PLEASE NOTE: This listing is located 25 minutes south of downtown Colorado Springs, in a safe, friendly, subdivision, just a few minutes off I-25, near Ft Carson. The nature preserve behind the home provides an opportunity to take a relaxing and rejuvenating stroll, or a long run. There are two small playgrounds within walking distance, where your children can have some fun. It's easiest to travel by car, but there are pathways for biking and walking to the nearest shops. We have two small dogs (papillons) on the premises. Yoshi is very friendly, but the older one, Lucien, is decidedly anti-social. For this reason we ask that you let us know if you need to use the laundry-room upstairs so that we can get the dogs out of your way!

Gorgeous Home With Views of Mt Howelsen

The Dream Boat is a bohemian-inspired home with a warm, open feel. As featured in Condé Nast Magazine “Best airbnbs In Colorado” https://www.cntraveler.com/gallery/best-airbnbs-in-colorado The eclectic decor features bold artwork and modern fixtures with a gas grill on the private deck and a great location close to the heart of Steamboat Springs. There is a king-sized bed in the private bedroom and a comfy double pullout mattress in the sofa. Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before your arrival to ensure optimal comfort and safety during your stay. The space has a warm open feel with a king size bed and very comfortable pull out sofa. Cable TV. There is also a gas grill on the deck and a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Please also use our ski locker located in the main entrance of the building. Please do not bring skis or snowboards into the unit and please do not wear ski boots in the condo as they will damage the flooring. Also please be respectful of our neighbor below:) You will be able to use our whole condo. Unfortunately due to HOA rules guests are not allowed to use the fireplace. The condo does not have access to a hot tub but the Steamboat springs hot springs is just down the road or the famous strawberry hot springs is about a 15-20 min drive. The free bus will take you to the resort but you must change a bus in town or on hwy 40. We have free wifi and a smart tv so you can connect your netflix, hulu or amazon account if you want. Also included is cable TV. The home is in a peaceful location with a free yellow bus line outside that heads to the center of Steamboat Springs. Take a relaxing dip into the local hot springs, go skiing in the winter, and enjoy riverside dining in the summer. The free yellow bus line picks up across the street. You must switch to the blue bus line to get to the ski resort. There are two spots available for renter parking in the building lot. Parking is free in the Villa Montane or Ford Hall garages in the summer and off season only. Valet parking is available at the Beaver Creek Lodge for a fee payable directly to the hotel. You must check in with the front desk if you will be using Valet parking. If you are not, please proceed directly to 601, do not check in at front desk. Beaver Creek combines a unique old world charm with modern amenities. Restaurants, retail stores, an ice skating rink, and other activities are all a short walk away, while the Centennial lift and a skier bridge are within easy reach of the unit.
