Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Stylish, Cosy Corner Apartment Near Royal Botanic Gardens

My flat is on the ground floor . Lovely restaurants and coffee shops very close by . Waitrose is a 5/10 minute walk and there is a Scotmid and small Sainsbury's in opposite direction again no more than 5/10 minute walk . Local delicatessens and beautiful cheese shops very close by. Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied. I will meet you at the flat to show you found and give you keys and my mobile no . I live about 15 minutes from flat . I'm available by text or mobile The apartment is set in trendy Stockbridge. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessens, and bars close by, and it's also near the Royal Botanical Gardens. Within walking distance are two modern art galleries, both with nice cafes. There is a bus stop less than 50m away from the entrance to the property giving direct access to the city. From there guests will have access to the trams and train stations taking them wherever they wish. Please let me know in advance if you would like to use sofa bed

Stockbridge ‘Little Gem’ Flat, Sleeps 3

Little Gem is a recently renovated, one bedroom flat, with a stylish pull out sofa that sleeps one. It has the perfect WFH space/study, an open plan kitchen & living room. Ideal for hosting a few friends before a summers night at the fringe or enjoying a cosy night in. Please note my flat is not able to host small children under the age of 7. This is due to no where to bathe them (shower only) and no cot or highchair If you are booking for Christmas the flat will have a tree (on request) 🥂❤️

Beautiful city centre apartment

Beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment in a central, but quiet, location, and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. If the hills are too much, a good bus service is nearby. The apartment is very comfortable - a real home from home. I live in the same building, so I'm available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone. Current COVID restrictions: please check before booking

Lovely 2 Bedroom Flat In Stockbridge

This apartment is spacious and light with open views and offers all the amenities and comfort for a citybreak. The location in Stockbridge is perfect to enjoy Edinburgh's trendiest area and its pubs/bars and restaurants as well as the (free!) Botanic Gardens. It is ideally located for all city centre or further afield attractions - the castle, museums and galleries, as well as the villages of Fife and East Lothian. It is quiet and located on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh building.
