Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but is is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. A short drive to Conwy you can uncover some of the towns Medieval history including Conwy Castle, Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Great Britain.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
