Brand new legal basement suite in our house in Brighton, Saskatoon. It is in a brand new house with a legal two bedrooms basement suite. We live upstairs. Very comfortable queen beds, full kitchen, a full bathroom with a laundry (washer and dryer) included. Dining set and living room. Smart TV with Netflix in each room. Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal for family, couples with or without kids, for students and people that are in the city for work. Breakfast items included - self prepared.

This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 10mins walk to the bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free parking and other great amenities. While I accept a couple, it is best suited for one guest for longer periods of stay, due to the size of the studio room

Bright one bedroom basement suite. A very comfortable space to settle right into.Only two blocks to the river, in walking distance to the U of S and University hospital, City hospital and downtown. Makes for a very central location . Everything right at your finger tips. Separate entrance with a key less entry , a full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower , access to laundry, comfortable living space and a queen size bed makes for a great home away from home.

My home is located in the Nutana area, walkable to downtown and the riverbank. Broadway Avenue is a block away and is loaded with little stores and coffee shops. The area is ideal for exploring Saskaton whether on foot, public transport, or car. Since this is my home (and not a hotel) I expect to know something about you before I will accept a booking. That means more than just your name.
