Super clean & private studio retreat.

We call our place Casita Pacifica (Peaceful Little House) as this suite is a mellow and relaxing retreat, yet in a San Diego suburb only 10-20 minutes from everything. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy. Our standards are high when we travel, so we created a suite that we'd love to stay in ourselves: stocked with goodies, things to do, recommendations, privacy, comfort & above all - cleanliness. WE FOLLOW CDC CLEANING GUIDELINES.

A magical private garden surrounds a tiny studio (240 sq ft) with kitchenette in historic residential district, 10 blocks to East Village and Petco BallPark, near Gaslamp Quarter, and one mile to Convention Center and downtown. Easy access to freeways, very close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and Coronado Island. Airport and train station less than 15 min. Bird Rock Warrior Studio 3 feet to Ocean Park

True, there is no direct view of the ocean from your Studio. BUT if you walk about 40 feet by the house, there is an ocean park right next door. It is perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. It is the spot where locals hanging out. It is next to one of the most popular surfing spots in San Diego. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The Pacific Beach night life is 5 mins drive away.

Lovely spacious upstairs studio with private entry

You’ll love our place as its spacious, quiet, private, comfortable in a residential neighborhood. The king-size bed is extremely comfortable and we have big relaxing patio chairs on our large balcony overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden. We are centrally located to most all of San Diego's attractions and close to freeways. The famous Gaslamp, Zoo, downtown and beaches are all within 13 to 20 minute drive. The kitchen is stocked with goodies, coffee and an assortment of teas.
