The entire upstairs is solely for guest use, consisting of two separate bedrooms, please enquire to book both together at best rate. Each has en-suite facilities, ideal for friends travelling together or families. Travelling solo? Feel welcomed and secure, no surcharge. Those expecting every luxury at this budget price please note **no pool**no TV**no airconditioning** (radiators in rooms in winter, fans in summer). GREAT base for exploring as Velez is near everything.

Newly renovated, equipped and comfortable house with 5 apartments. Located 100 meters from the sea in the Costacabana development, 6 km from the Almeria capital and 29 km from Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Very close to Almeria airport. 50 meters away there is a restaurant, cafeteria, pizzeria, tapas bars, etc. A few meters away there is a minimarket. The house is situated near the promenade, from where it is especially nice to see the sunrise and sunset in the afternoon.

Nice comfortable studio by seaside and city centre

50m2 studio, terrace included. Independent stay. Bedroom with double bed, big wardobe, sofa, office (fridge, microwave, coffe and toaster)and full equipped bathroom. No facilities for fire cooking inside, but outer BBQ for cooking. Perfect for 2 people. Quiet centric well connected area with all services, many tipical bars and restaurants at hand. Pleased to provide info about it. Seafront: 3 minutes walk / City/historical centre : 10 minutes walk.
