Bring the whole family to this greatly located place on the Brecon rd, 10 minutes to Hereford town centre, but still in a country setting. To the front is a public footpath that leads through an orchard to the river Wye and the property backs directly on to sugwas pool reserve. 1 mile to national trust Weir Garden. The house itself was built in 2021 and is fully equipped to comfortably hold eight people, has a pool table room, basketball hoop, all weather bbq and hot tub.
