Cosy Island cottage in the heart of Dublin

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. The Cottage is 10 seconds from the beach and 10 mins from Dublin City Centre by car or 20 by bus. There are wonderful walks on the island and also several excellent restaurants within walking distance or use the bikes for the 10k cycle path around the bay! We love to share this very special location with anyone that enjoys something out of the ordinary!

Beautiful comfortable home in Monkstown.

Our home is a lovely comfortable space to live in. We are close to all amenities and only minutes from local transport which will take you into the city centre in 25 minutes. Dalkey and Killiney villages are a 7 minute drive! Both beautiful! A short stroll will take you to the village of Monkstown where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. You are also by the sea at Seapoint where we love to walk in the early mornings or evenings to watch the magnificent sunrise or sunset.

Our home is the garden apartment of a Georgian house overlooking Sandymount Strand. It is a combination of antique, lightness, and comfort. The beautiful garden is for the sole use of the apartment. We are a pleasant stroll to Sandymount village with its charming village green and interesting shops and restaurants. There is free street parking and excellent taxi and public transport. WiFi 254 mbps. An oasis for work or leisure within 15 minutes of the city centre!
