Quaint modern fully equipped remodeled studio with dining area, small kitchen with full-size fridge, coffeemaker, dining area, washer/dryer combo, well thought out storage spaces, highspeed internet, 40- inch tv, full-size bed that offers privacy blinds, private enclosed patio overlooking the well-manicured grounds and tennis court. The unit also comes with up to four passes to the recreation center. Studio is 330 square feet and deck is 150 square feet. Great space for couple and one child.
