Amazing newly remodeled condo with ocean front views to die for. Top of the line everything for the rich and famous! Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a single lay back couch. Living room has a couch with a queen size pullout bed. Balcony has a peaceful hammock. The building has many amenities to offer, including an infinity pool, small gym and direct access to the beach. Condo comes with one secured and covered parking space. Located within a 3 minute walk to the great Mall del Pacifico.

The 1200 square feet condominium is located in the Poseidon Building on the Manta beachfront. The guest bedroom is ample in size has a view of the ocean & it’s own entrance to the side balcony. The master bedroom has a private bath and a side balcony as well. Please be advised that the property is located within the “Pink Zone” (Entertainment Zone, restaurants, cafes, bars, discotheques etc.) of the city, at times street noise may be audible until late into the night.

Welcome to Santa Marianita! Breathtaking sunsets, healing sound of the vibrant ocean, rejuvenating long walks on the "like private" beach, kite surfing, beach restaurants. The golf course, historic center and souvenirs at famous Montecristi, wild life and curious monkeys at Pacoche jungle, Manta's fresh sea food market, Manta’s new mall—-all 20-30 minutes drive. This stylish place is great for family trips with an exceptional view from the 14th floor and access to all the amenities of the Poseidon hotel. Faced with the country's electrical generation problem, the building has its own generator that supplies all plugs, sockets, lights, electronic appliances, etc. The generator does not cover the ignition of the air conditioners by which they will not operate while there are power outages on the public grid.
