Lovely beachfront house with amazing view in Lagun

Our house is a semidetached house in a condominium of 17 buildings, called Lagoon Ocean Resort . This is no typical resort with a reception, guest entertainment and so on. It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices.

De studio is ruim opgezet met een 2-persoons bed, een open badkamer met wastafelmeubel, regendouche en toilet. De keuken heeft een 2-pits kookplaat, koelkast, magnetron, waterkoker en Illy koffiemachine. Er is ook een tv met NL'se zenders, een inbouwkast voor kleding en koffers, een hoekbankje en bartafel met krukken.

This luxury condo is new and located in The Shore buildings. It offers a modern and cozy atmosphere combined with idyllic views over the tropical garden/pool area and the Caribbean Sea. On the front side there is private parking next to the golfcourse. The condo is easily accessible by elevator as it is located one floor up. Free beach access is included through a private access (only for the shore guests), as well the use of the private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Wonderful apartment with a stunning view on the Spanish Water. Located 5 minutes from Jan Thiel beach, the restaurants and happy hours. The apartment has a large terrace catching a nice breeze and overlooking the garden, pool and Spanish water. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet complex, there is security at night and a gate surrounds the premises. There is parking and WIFI. All rooms have A/C and a fan and the terrace also has a large fan to keep the wind blowing.
