Bridgend Cottage is a quirky Welsh cottage perched on the river Leri, it is built into a beautiful humpback bridge. Dol Y Bont is a small hamlet in a farming community. The cottage is the perfect romantic rural getaway. You can lie in bed and listen to the river running below the window. Outside the garden is on the riverbank or there is a balcony over the river. Our lovely old cottage retains many original features including low beamed ceilings. Sadly we are unable to accept guests under 12.

Cosy, 4 Star Visit Wales graded cottage with log burner for those cool summer evenings or cold winter stays. The cottage is a 200+ year old former Cobbler's shop and old Smithy. Comfortably furnished and calmly decorated. Relax in the beautiful, secluded garden alongside the river. Set amidst trees and forests or take a walk or cycle along the many forest trails and paths that surround us. Complementary fishing licence to fish our river. NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO CHILDREN.

Relaxing break near the Ceredigion coastal path

We have recently renovated a self contained annexe to a clean and comfortable place to stay. The annexe consists of a large open plan lounge & kitchen area, large bedroom, bathroom and an enclosed deck area in the garden. Please note despite airbnb overview making us look as if we are in the middle of a field, we are in fact on the side of quiet B Road. Train station in Bow Street is now open, a 10 minute walk away, we are happy to pick you up to save you the WALK!
