Its located in historical down town Adel. Brick streets along with small shops for a unique shopping experience. Bike trails, fishing amentities close by. Small town with plenty of personality. Its keyless coded entry so no waiting to be let in. Makes for easy check-ins. Wifi available. Pets welcome if potty trained, okay with strangers, non-destructive. And must be in a kennel if left alone for a long period of time. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately following departure.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located 1 mile south of Interstate 80 in the small town of De Soto. De Soto is a quiet community located within a 20 minute drive or less to various towns, including Earlham, Winterset, and Adel. If you feel like hitting up the big city, West Des Moines and Des Moines are a ~20-30 minute drive. In each of the above mentioned towns, there are places to explore, shop, dine, and after you have had your fun, head back to 305 Elm Street.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.
