The unit features a private deck off the back balcony overlooking Lake Monona with a slight glance to the right being the state Capital! In unit full kitchen, washer/dryer and refrigerator. Parking included on site (spot A-727) Unit is cleaned thoroughly including duvet covers /use of clorox bleach in high traffic areas as well as hand sanitizers upon entry to the unit per new city guidelines. Private Riverfront Home 5 Min to DT Alliant and UW

Location can't be beat-5 minutes to Alliant Energy Center, downtown and UW-Madison. Private deck overlooking the Yahara River off of the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with the full bathroom with tub. Half bath on the main level, spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. This entire unit is yours to enjoy! There are 2 new queen beds, the couch pulls out into a queen size bed, which also a memory foam mattress. We are dog friendly, but please read the requirements below.

My 1898 Victorian has been separated into two units. You have your own entrance to the apt that makes up 1/2 of my 2nd floor and the entire third-floor of my house, located in the heart of Deforest.
