Welcome to our apartment please feel at home. Our place is homely with a lovely big garden and a big terrace, located in Kunduchi Beach, a walking distance to the beach and beach hotels/water park. The price advertised is the nightly price, but if you book one month or more you get 10% discount. It is a calm area and in a small compound which has a very good security with alarm system and eletrical fence. Electricity is not included in the rent.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from the main Beach(incl.White Sands, Ramada)hotels. The popular island, Mbudya is a 5-10 min boat ride from any of these hotels. A big shopping mall, "Shoppers" is a short ride, where you can get almost all of your grocery shopping done. Within the mall, there is a Pizza place, and coffee shop, serving hot and cold dishes . ATM machines which cater to Visa, MasterCard, Cirrus.

My place is close to Slipway (3 min drive & 14 min walk) & Dar es Salaam Yacht club (7 min walk & 2 min drive). You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. 4 to 5 min drive & a 15 min walk from Sea Cliff Hotel. The inside of the Studio is made out of palettes. The place is very clean, safe, quiet and cosy.
