Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of land area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the property is not fenced) , so that a dog brought along can also turn his rounds once alone. There is a garden with a beach chair, a buddy box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers. Peace and nature are advantageous.

About 140 square meters is the upper apartment. Location of the house is very quiet yet centrally located. There is enough space for two families in the large beach shell. The apartment is child-friendly.

It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome.
