This sunny and modern apartment ( 68 sq m) is just 400 meters from a wide, guarded beach on the Baltic Sea. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and terrace. Two TV sets, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, cooker etc. The apartment is situated in a gated community and so very safe. Facilities include a safe playground, parking place, barbecue area, volleyball pitch and bike rental ( 7 $ per day) is available. Wi-Fi is free in the apartment. The community is surrounded by the Eastern Eco Park. You can ride on a magnificent bike path ( Bike the Baltic) which run through the Park and dunes to the center of Kołobrzeg within 15 minutes. Around the apartment are small grocery shops, bars and a cafe. You can enjoy sea-fishing, horse riding, Nordic walking and all kinds of water sports. The closest beach is one of the most beautiful, wildest and cleanest in the area, and is almost empty even during the summer season.

On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace and a couch, a kitchenette (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, express), and a bathroom with a shower and steam room. Floor - these are two rooms (two and three people) one with a large terrace, while the other with a romantic balcony. Upstairs there is also a second bathroom with a washing machine. Beautiful vegetation with a pond creates a nice atmosphere.

A parking spot in the underground hall. Getting to the apartment by elevator. Large balcony. Close to center of Słupsk. Ustka will take 15-20 minutes to get to the sea. The apartment has a spacious living room equipped with a sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep two adults. The bedroom has a double bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary equipment to prepare meals and drinks. There is a crib, bathtub and high chair for children, and toys.

Lovely and bright new studio apartment in west side of town. Located on the ground floor with a big, green private terrace. This is very quiet part of town only 400m from the beach and 15 min walk from city centre. Is perfect for the couple or travelers with a pet. Lots of shops nearby, cafe, bus stop and a train stop from Szczecin/Goleniow airport. Also nearby Aquapark Millennium, fish market and marina.
