This is the left side of a duplex. Very private. You don't share anything. Beach is directly across the Street 1 block. Beach Box full of beach essentials. Full kitchen, luxury beds & open LR. Outdoor shower, fire pit & charcoal grill w/outdoor furniture in a private fenced yard perfect for animals. Please don't sneak your pets in our home; additional charges will apply & please don't try to pass your pet as a service animal. FAKE service animals may hurt the reputation of valid service animals.

This adorable beach home has been completely updated and is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to escape to paradise. It is steps away from the beach and local waterfront restaurants. It's conveniently located just minutes from the supermarket and quaint downtown area. If you'd like to venture out, this house is in a great location to visit Flagler Beach, Ormond, Daytona, and my personal favorite, St. Augustine, is less than a one hour drive. So come and stay at 123 by the Sea.

The Beach House- 2 bedroom, minutes from the beach

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath house just a short walk from the no drive beach. Full kitchen, comfortable dining area with large table, tv in the living room with Roku and HBO Max provided. WIFI throughout the house. Large privacy fenced backyard with seating, small grill and a dining area. Washer and dryer available. There are beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a beach umbrella available for guest use. Master has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin XL and there is a full size sofa bed.
