Spacious and homely apartment in center, near sea.

Pleasant, spacious (70 m2) appartment on the whole groundfloor of my house with private, modest kitchen and private bathroom and access to a large cozy garden (150m2) in the center of Den Helder. Walking distance to the sea, the trainstation (75 minutes to Amsterdam) and the ferry to Texel. Parking is free in a distance of 300 meter, and around the house is a blue parking zone here you can stand for three hours. Garage available to park your bikes inside. Supermarket one minute walking distance.

Gelegen naast de fiets- en kanoroute en op 700 meter afstand van de duinen bevindt zich dit vrijstaande 2 persoons eenkamer appartement/studio. Het appartement (met eigen ingang) bestaat uit een zit/slaapkamer, compleet ingerichte keuken en een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Omgeven door een groot terras met veel beplanting heeft men hier veel privacy. Achter in de grote tuin, aan de kanoroute, bevindt zich een terras met aanlegplaats/vissteiger . Huisdieren geen bezwaar.

Zusje Aan Zee is a nice spacious and sunny holiday home, 500 meters from the sea on a small-scale park, equipped with all luxury and comfort. Amsterdam can also be reached within 1 hour hours. If you want to leave the car, we have bikes that can be used.

Our holiday house is in a sheltered place and is excellently suited for a quiet holiday. Near the beach, dunes and sea. Near cycling, hiking and canoeing route. Opportunities enough for a versatile stay, where of course plenty of space is left to enjoy a good book and a delicious cup of tea with a setting sun. You can go there all year round for a wonderful stay. It's a great way back to this unique, soothing place to stay.

You rent a homey, family-run cottage a few minutes walk from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and the terrace and garden are available. The house was partially renovated in 2023. A high-quality wooden floor has been laid, a new kitchen has been installed and completely painted. A bigger city with shopping facilities is 8km away. In Julianadorp itself there are various shops (Jumbo, Albert Heijn, Vomar)
