Inside the Inner City, Modern meets Viennese charm

The bright, spacious apartment on the 7th floor offers enough space for up to 5 guests. The whole apartment. At check-in I like to give tips for a successful stay in Vienna. I can be reached at any time during the stay. Welcome to the historic core of Vienna! St. Stephen's Cathedral and State Opera House are within walking distance. Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a ship station for excursions to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder in which you can find all the important places, sights, means of transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city. Almost all sights are within walking distance.

A narrow staircase leads to the roof terrace overlooking the town hall and the magnificent buildings of the 1st district. Cozy apartment in the heart of vienna

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 3. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Stephansplatz und 3 Stationen von Wien Mitte - The Mall entfernt wo es einen Anschluss mittels CAT zum Flughafen geht. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 15 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Es liegt im 1. Stock ist durch den Lift problemlos erreichbar. Der grüne Prater, die Erholungszone Wiens ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Our 2-room non-smoking apartment with terrace is located in a complete new building in the 3rd district of Vienna. The property is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Fast in the center by tram 71 (11 min) Immediately after 30 minutes with the S-Bahn S7 to the airport (18 min). Garage also available (on request). A well-stocked offer is waiting in the accessible passage on the ground floor (grocery stores, drugstores, bakeries, pharmacy and various restaurants)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
