Treetop View Apartment in Charming Candler Park Bungalow

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Pack n play and children's cot available upon request. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. TV on a swivel mount is viewable from the bed or the lounge area, with Amazon Prime streaming video, HBO and PBS kids subscriptions. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs and a hammock under a pergola. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry. We live 10 minutes away and both work from home, and are available at any time to assist you with your needs! We are often at the space, to clean, to improve, or just passing by to see friends. We love meeting our guests, in fact that is part of why we do this! The neighborhood has all the amenities a city offers while still having a laid back feel. Candler Park is one of the only truly walkable areas in Atlanta. The Candler Park Pool is open all summer and is just a short walk away. You will have the driveway to yourself, in addition to the ample street parking available. MARTA is a five minute walk away with 2 stops to downtown Decatur in one direction, and downtown Atlanta 2 stops in the other direction. Many restaurants, concert venues, bars, grocery stores are all within 10 minutes walking distance. Midtown Historic Designer Apartment, Chloe

Sink into a comfortable leather sofa by a period brick-surround fireplace. Furnished in soho-chic style, this 1907 landmark was built by well-known southern architect G.L. Norman. It retains many original features, along with fine city views. This unit is on the third level, a three flight walk up, with an expansive outdoor patio overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the third floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The Woodruff on Ponce is located near many leading attractions. Go just a few blocks to reach Ponce City Market and the beltline. It's down the street from Piedmont Park and across the road from well-known eateries such as Pappi's and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.

Welcome to our house, which was built in 1896, and renovated by our artist family in the 1980s. It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us. If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. Good for walkers and bikers. Come stay at our house!
