Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

Beautiful 4BD 2BA Fully Restored Historic Home

Wonderful 4 bedroom 2 bath home with deck, porch, backyard, 2 full kitchens less than 2 miles from everything downtown. Woodbridge / Midtown are the very best areas of Detroit. It is a tree lined, quiet street. Smart TV, A/C, Fiber WIFI. Peaceful and Comfortable. We have been in Greece for a few years. We started the journey to lend a hand during the Syrian refugee crisis, and found it also to be a wonderful place to raise our boys. You are helping make this happen, and we are grateful!
