Best of both worlds! This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

Great access to USC and the museums at Exposition Park [ 3 miles ] This is a completely self contained suite , separate from the main house with it's own entrance , pretty much your own apartment.
