Fully renovated studio with independent entrance on the 2nd floor of a duplex of the Rosemont La Petite Patrie district. Balcony terrace furnished in summer with a small table and two chairs. Very bright and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. A 7-minute walk from Beaubien subway, ideally located to discover the little gems of Montreal and its surroundings on foot or by bike. My family and I live on the ground floor and will be happy to share our tips and favorites if you wish!
