Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. At the top of Capitol Hill, my home hosts a self contained private studio ~310 sq ft. with your own private front door, queen bed, small kitchen, 3/4 bath and back deck with koi pond viewing. Enjoy short walks to shops and restaurants all around Capitol Hill and/or walk or take the light rail to downtown Seattle. Free parking is provided in the Diamond Parking Lot right around the corner from the house (about 100 feet away). You are welcome to use the driveway for loading and unloading.

This outstanding apartment was built for a Son and Daughter-in-Law with very good taste. On the second floor of a home, very private, surrounded by trees, even though it is a city home. Lots of natural light, and everything to help you feel you are in your home away from home, including a deck BBQ, full kitchen and very comfortable queen beds. AND, we will do everything we can to make your stay a positive experience. QA is one of Seattle's more desirable neighborhoods and one of the safest.
