Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.

Our home is situated on a quiet street with quick access to both Cambie and Main Street which boast plenty of restaurants, cafes, breweries, boutiques, and grocery stores. 8 minute walk will get you to the Canada Line which provides rapid transit to/from the airport, and the downtown core. Our area has 2 hour parking Mon-Fri(8am-6pm) and permit only parking.

Very cozy , one-bedroom suite with floor-to-ceiling windows located right in the center of the downtown. Steps away from Granville Street , Robson Street , Davie Street. Restaurants, movie theaters, bars, grocery shopping, attractions, and transit are all within close walking distance - you really can't get a better location :) Central air conditioner, summer is coming:) *Please note I don't have a parking space in the building, but there are many pay parking options close by.
