Do you love peace, space, water, nature and a nice city around the corner? Then your home is! The house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. At 50 meters you can walk the lake in or on. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve Onlanden. And with 30 minutes by bike you are in the middle of the city center of the nice city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood fired) sauna (wood fired). Unique!

After you parked your car, you walk the 800 meter footpath. At the end there's an oasis of tranquility. You hear birds and are 'off the world'. During spring and summer you can enjoy the lake with the canoo, hire a boat and make a daily swim. In the surroundings there are all kinds of parks to hike very close by.

Take it easy at this unique, soothing place to stay. With free parking on the premises and a charging point for tesla cars. Located on the Zuidlaardermeer where you can take a boat to the center of Groningen. We rent out our sloop with skipper, but at the neighbors they also rent out different boats and you can sail across the lake yourself.
