Very nice and quiet. Only 10 minutes by foot and you are already on the Elbe. Tram and bus are only 5 to 8 minutes away on foot. Various supermarkets and also a bakery / butcher can be explored in 5 minutes. Just around the corner there is a big Kiessee where you can swim. There is also a water sports system for skiing and wakeboarding around the corner :-) You can drive to the old town of Dresden in 15 minutes. Saxon Switzerland is also not far.
