Spacious Dauin Beach House with Island Views!

This home is just north of Dauin, the world famous diving mecca. Right on the water and near some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Philippines. The views are fantastic and the home is spacious, as is the large private terrace and yard. I'm renting the place out while I'm away on vacation. Upgraded everything including adding Air Conditioning throughout the home, hot water heaters in the bathrooms, and fresh paint throughout. And very fast internet! Come enjoy life on the water!

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants.
