Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. Welcome to the 4 Corners Tiny House! Stocked kitchen, convection/microwave, dual hot plate, large farmhouse sink. Full size loft bed with new mattress. Memory foam futon (some folks say it’s mildly comfortable) that will also fold for additional sleeping surface. Full size bathroom & shower with on-demand hot water heater. Everything is handcrafted and beautiful in this place. There is a short path to the house with a deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs out front with awesome views.
