The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Empire House is a newly remodeled property . You get the best of both worlds, and updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does! There is an enclosed outside patio area with gas grill. Come to Silverton and enjoy the views!!!!!

Mountain Escape

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect!
