Es una casa grande con dos departamentos aislados muy cómodos y privados. Cuenta con alberca y patio muy agradable para esparcimiento área que se comparte entre los dos deptos. Ubicada a 50 metros del mar. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de zonas turísticas llenas de restaurantes, mercados y muchos atractivos. Ciudad con vida nocturna y actividad cultural, fiestas tradicionales (como el Carnaval) y sitios de interés (pueblos rurales, etc.). Muy cerca de la zona de carnaval.

NICE NEW HOUSE, WELL LOCATED

Nice new house, excellent location, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, whether for vacation or work, it is a good place to stay. Well located, close to squares and cinemas (Gran Plaza, Cinepolis) and (Soriana Hiper, Plaza Tutuli, Cinemex), an Oxxo on the corner, on the other a park and church, as well as places to eat and others such as car wash. You can walk to the Mazatlan pier in about 15 minutes, where you can walk or go to its beaches. Get to know it.

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! We are in the heart of a golden zone, with direct beach access and a beautiful view both from the main bedroom and from the kitchen, living room, balcony, etc. You can walk around the golden area without any problem or the beach if you wish, the building has amenities for you such as a large heated pool, gym, library, playroom, etc. 3 min by car from the Malecon (approx. 10 min walk)
