Also the location leaves nothing to be desired, with restaurants as well as the leisure center, natural bathing pond, climbing tower, football and tennis court as well as shooting range, within walking distance. In addition, the ski area Heiligenblut am Großglockner can be reached in 15 minutes. After a long day of skiing, you can relax perfectly in the infrared cabin.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Welcome to your mountain getaway. Enjoy stunning views of the Mölltal valley and views of the Schobergruppe from a lovely brand new 1 bedroom apartment in the town of National park Town Grosskirchheim. The apartment is located next to the local ski hill (Grosskirchheim). You can ski in and ski out all day long. We are in walking distance to the supermarket and outdoor rock climbing tower and swimming pool. Heiligenblut ski resort is only 15 min away by car or Bus.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

The Obergasteigalm is a cozy, lovingly maintained gem in the end of the Winkeltal: hiking paradise Volkzein. Beautiful days for two, with family or Friends off the beaten path without internet/phone. Cozy barbecue and chill evenings with fire bowl. Should the cooking spoon rest, stop at the cultivated Volkzeinerhütte. Hot shower & light available. In July we do our fields (are nearby). The "Schnuckelina Hütte": Cozy and romantic self-catering wooden hut on the southern slope of the Hohe Tauern at 1400 m. With a large living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bed storage with a double bed, and a great designer bathroom. Private barrel sauna on the 1400 sqm property. A dream for Nature Lovers! Easily accessible by car via a paved freight path.

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
