A one bedroom suite inOne Manchester place with a beautiful finish and cozy feel bedroom and a living room that is convertible to a bedroom. Overlooking the beautiful Condos and hotels in Mactan Newtown and right in front of groceries, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and coffee shops. Enjoy the pool, gym, spa and game room within and beach which is only a 5 minute walk. A perfect staycation. You don't need to worry about anything.

This room is located on ground floor.
